Cab Options

Ram trucks feature three distinct cab options that allow for longer bed lengths without sacrificing interior volume. Regular Cab offers either a 6-foot 4-inch bed with seating for three people. Also available on the Regular Car is an 8-foot bed that still offers the same 62.5 cubic feet of interior volume. Quad Cab® offers a 6-foot 4-inch bed and an impressive 116.6 cubic feet of interior volume, seating up to six passengers. Crew Cab comes with either a 5-foot 7-inch bed or a 6-foot 4-inch bed and an unheard-of 125.3 cubic feet of interior volume.

Engine Options

Ram trucks are built to last and the different engines that each vehicle features are just as tough as the trucks themselves. Depending on which trim level you choose, you’ll have the option to pick between a diesel or gasoline engine. Different transmission options are available along with the engine options. 8-speed automatic and 8-speed automatic with an auto-manual provide for an exhilarating drive no matter which one you choose.

Maximum Horsepower

If you choose the 3.0L V-6 diesel engine, your Ram 1500 is capable of producing up to 240 horsepower. If diesel isn’t your thing, the 3.6-liter V-6 gasoline engine cranks out up to 305 horsepower. For those who want even more out of their engine, there is also an available 5.7-liter V-8 gasoline engine that is able to produce up to 395 horsepower! Along with the 395 horsepower, the 5.7L V-8 is also capable of putting out 269 lb-ft of torque at 4,175 rpm.

Once you’ve chosen the right trim, cab, and engine type for your needs, we encourage you to check out our inventory of the 2017 Ram 1500 to find the perfect one for you and your family.
