After an eight-year hiatus, the Ford Ranger is coming back to the lineup for the 2019 model year. The all-new midsize Ranger is expected to offer drivers class-leading technology including a brand-new Blind Spot Monitoring system with trailer coverage that can detect oncoming traffic in a driver’s blind spot all the way to the back of the trailer making driving while towing a lot less stressful. While Ford hasn’t released a specific release date for the 2019 Ford Ranger, they have announced that production will begin in the later half of this year for an early 2019 release. The all-new Ranger is designed for today’s midsize truck buyer, delivering even more utility, capability and technology for those who blend city living with more off-the-grid adventures on weekends,” said Hau Thai-Tang, Ford executive vice president, Product Development and Purchasing.
