The tallies are in and the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe took home top honors at the 13th annual AutoJudge Awards at the 2018 SEMA trade show in Las Vegas. After test driving a variety of promising SUV models over the course of the year, a panel of automotive journalists selected the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe as the SUV of the Year.

2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Named Top SUV at Vegas Trade Show

The 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe was selected, in part, thanks to the Hyundai Smart Sense active safety technologies that were added to the lineup for the 2019 model year including Rear Occupant Alert, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, High Beam Assist, Safe Car Exit, Smart Cruise Control, and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning. The lineup’s value, sharp design, and feature lineup were also highlighted as reasons for the accolade.
