Amazon Prime members with select OnStar-equipped Chevy, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles now have a new seamless way to receive their purchases: their vehicles! After linking Amazon and OnStar accounts via the Amazon Key app, drivers can begin directing package deliveries to their vehicle as long as it is parked in an accessible location. Notifications will keep drivers alerted to the status of their delivery before, during, and after drop off for added peace of mind.
“At Amazon, we are always working to make our customers’ lives easier and starting today, we’re excited to bring in-car delivery to Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac owners. Prime members now have another way to ensure their packages are safe and secure – all for no additional cost,” said Peter Larsen, Vice President of Delivery Technology, Amazon.
