Cape Girardeau residents can gather together at Arena Park for the city’s annual fireworks display. Guests should bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the show. Entertainment begins at 8:0 p.m., and fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. To get the best seats, show up early. The park and grandstands open at 7:00 p.m.

Independence Day Celebration

When: Thursday, July 4
Where: Jackson City Park – Jackson, MO
Firework Start Time: 9:30 p.m.

The Jackson, MO Independence Day Celebration is a full-day event that includes activities like a 5K and fun run, mud volleyball tournament, beer garden, car show, duck races, golf ball drop, and live music. To cap off the night, a fireworks display will be held near Rotary Lake beginning at 9:30. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets for the show.

Fireworks Over Farmington!

When: Thursday, July 4
Where: Engler Park – Farmington, MO
Firework Start Time: 9:00 p.m.

Fireworks Over Farmington is a free event for the whole family. Starting at 6:00 p.m. at Engler Park, guests can participate in a variety of kid-friendly activities like carnival games and a bounce house for no cost. Local food trucks and the Shannon Cox and Black Diamond Band will also be available to enjoy. Starting at 9:00 p.m. behind Ragsdale Field is the annual fireworks display.
