Safety features of the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus

Although it is the middle of January, and winter has not hit us too badly yet, we are not fully out of the woods! We very well could be slammed with a couple more major storms in the coming weeks and months just like we have been the past couple of winters. Because of this, we thought it might be a good idea to look at the safety features of the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and determine just how safe this SUV really is.

What is Lincoln Co-Pilot360™?

Driving in the winter can be especially stressful and hazardous. As a result, many vehicle manufacturing companies are developing more and more driver-assist technologies to ease individuals’ minds about driving, especially in bad weather. Lincoln Co-Pilot360™ is the Lincoln suite of driver-assist technologies. They include the following:

Lane-Keeping System
Blind Spot Detection
Rearview Camera
Automatic Emergency Braking
Auto High-Beam Headlamps

What is Lincoln Co-Pilot360™ Plus?

In addition to the driver-assist features listed above, there are three more additional driver-assist features that are available on the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. They are Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go and Lane Centering, Enhanced Active Park Assist, and a 360-degree camera. These are part of the Lincoln Co-Pilot360™ Plus suite of driver-assist technologies. Please remember that while these features are quite helpful in driving they do not replace the good practices that you learned in your driver’s safety course.
