Silverado Body Styles: Regular Cab vs Double Cab vs Crew Cab

No two pickup truck drivers are alike. To create a truck that accommodates everyone, Chevy offers a lot of customization options on their half-ton Silverado. In addition to trim, powertrain, add-on packages, and color options, 2019 Chevy Silverado purchasers will need to select between three body styles, regular cab, double cab, and crew cab, to optimize interior space in a way that best fits their needs. Which body styles are offered on the 2019 Chevy Silverado?

Silverado Body Styles: Regular Cab vs Double Cab vs Crew Cab

Regular Cab

Regular cab body styles offer two doors and one row of bench seating. With room for three passengers (two if you want to be comfortable), regular cab models are quite utilitarian and make perfect work trucks or commercial vehicles.

Double Cab

Double cab models provide a middle ground between the utilitarian interior of the regular cab and the passenger-focused interior of the crew cab. With room for up to six passengers when both rows are optioned with bench seating, double cab models offer a larger interior space with versatile hauling for passengers and cargo alike.

Crew Cab

Crew cab models have four full doors and an interior space that prioritizes passenger comfort. With seating for five or six passengers depending on configuration, it won’t be hard to enjoy long trips no matter what your seat in crew cab models. If you do frequent hauling, we suggest the crew cab configuration for its ample legroom that your passengers are sure to appreciate.
