I got a 2003 Ford 350 Dulley I had a flat on the inside right side tire curbside tire I came in. They immediately got me in the service area started working on my truck in about 35 minutes. It was ready. Great job very happy and the only charge me $35 for the repair.

I had 2 recalls on my 2024 Chevy Trax, and thought I might as well get the oil changed while I was there, seeing how it was due, and I needed to get it done.
I scheduled it online, through the My Chevrolet app, and it was quick, easy, and I was able to pick a date and time that was best for me, all while not having to talk to anyone.

Bought a 2 yr old Equinox in 2019. Stated the payment amount I was willing to pay. They found a financial institution that agreed. Car is great. Still have it. Love Chevy. Staff was great! Helpful, professional and willing to work to find exactly the payment I wanted. Sometimes it's not how much, but how much a month. The staff found it for me. If/ when I buy another car, I will go here 1st.

As always, the service agents are very professional in their customer service. We’ve had both of our vehicles in and I’m not sure which vehicle was being referred to. We had our traverse brought in to get a part repaired which needed the assistance of the warranty being verified. The agent was on the phone for well over two hours until he had to hang up.
