Spray-In vs Drop-In Bed Liners

Like their names suggest, a spray-in liner is a product that will be physically sprayed on to your existing truck bed and will harden to provide a layer of added protection and a drop-in liner will be overlaid on top of your truck bed to provide a hard barrier. Both bed liner options have their pros and cons.

Spray-in liners are a little more expensive but create a secure seal that locks out moisture and the potential for rust. Spray-in liners can also add a rough texture to your truck bed that can help reduce cargo slippage. Drop-in liners are less expensive overall and can add a thicker layer of protection against dents and dings. However, moisture and debris can find its way in between the liner and truck bed and its plastic surface can become slippery, especially when wet.
