Recently, unfortunately, my new 2025 Explorer was hit in a parking lot as someone backed into my stopped vehicle caving in the passenger door. It was a very good experience and the dealer cares about your time. The people are very nice and done the work I asked them to do. Very pleased with the dealership. I drove three and half hours to buy my SUV. I have it serviced there also. I recommend everyone to go to Ford at Washington Missouri.

This was probably one of the easiest experiences I've ever had at a dealership.
I emailed and got a response the next morning. Told them I preferred text to start, no phone calls. Let them know where I was at on what I wanted to pay for the vehicle we were looking at and got quick, no nonsense responses.
