There are two engine options available for the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. The first is a turbocharged 2.0-liter I-4 engine that produces 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The second option is a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 engine that produces 355 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. The fuel economy for the first engine is 21 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway, and 23 mpg combined. The fuel economy for the twin-turbo engine is 18 mpg in the city, 27 mpg on the highway, and 21 mpg combined.

The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus now comes standard with Lincoln Co-Pilot 360™. This technology uses cameras and radars to assist the driver. Lincoln Co-Pilot 360™ includes the following technologies: Blind Spot Information System, cross-traffic alert, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, auto high beams, lane-keeping system, and a rearview camera.
